(to DECLARE = submitting an RSVP)

Each Swimmer has to "declare" as attending or not attending for EACH swim meet 

Meet Declarations are 'locked' automatically at 11:59pm the Sunday prior to each meet.  Any swimmers not declared will not be placed in events that week.

Coaches spend several days planning and preparing who will be swimming in each event, so it is very important that they know IN ADVANCE who will be attending the meet and who will not!

If you have an unplanned change (sickness, etc.) after entries are locked, please notify your coach & the committee ASAP.

HOW to Declare for a meet:

1. Login to your SwimTopia account.
2. Find the specific swim meet date you want to rsvp. 
3. Click on MEET ENTRY 
4. Your swimmer's name will be listed.
5. Click “EDIT” and go from there.

Please declare for EVERY meet even when you are not attending!
