VOLUNTEERING REQUIREMENTS
In order to keep your registration costs down, we offer volunteer opportunities during meets. Volunteering with the team makes you an essential member of our Otter family. And this family has so much fun! We simply cannot make the season a success without your help!! There are jobs for experienced veteran parents, as well as brand new Otters families!
- Any adult in the household can fill volunteer requirements
- Each household must volunteer a total of 40 points per season*
- Half meet jobs are worth 5 points each
- Full meet jobs are worth 10 points each
- You will be able to watch and cheer for your otter while volunteering

- Sign up information will be announced at the pre-season parent meeting
If your household cannot commit to volunteering, we understand, but we will need to make arrangements to fill your jobs. If you opt out- your household must make an volunteer opt-out payment of $300.
*40 pts is the maximum family volunteer point requirement. Requirements for the current season may be adjusted based age and number of swimmers in a family once final enrollment & volunteer needs for the season are known.
