Practices are held Monday through Friday. (Friday practices are optional). Events are available at Thursday practice. **Swimmers should bring their tennis or running shoes, for dryland warm-up before swimming each day. 8:00-9:00 a.m. ALL 13 and up 9:00-10:00 a.m. ALL 9-10 boys and girls, ALL 11-12 boys and girls. 10:00-10:45 a.m. Ages 6 and under, ALL 7/8 boys and girls |
