Swimmers (all age groups), join the Coaches for a fun morning of donuts and pool games from 9-11, after a long night of meet events. 

During the month of June, Beginning Tuesday June 1st, practices will be during the morning times below, Monday through Friday.

** We understand that this is a busy time of year with family vacations and summer camps. Remember there is no minimum number of practices your swimmer needs to attend, but of course the more they come, the better they’ll be. :)

**DON'T FORGET TO DECLARE YOUR SWIMMERS PRIOR TO MEETS, EVEN IF THEY CANNOT ATTEND.

**Swimmers should bring their tennis or running shoes, for dryland warm-ups/stretching before in-water practice each day.

8:00 - 9:00 a.m. - 11/12 boys & all 13/14 boys & girls, all 15 & up.

9:00 - 10:00 a.m. - All 9/10 boys & girls, & 11/12 girls

10:00 - 11:00 a.m. - All 6 and under boys & girls, All 7/8 boys & girls

**Now that we have final number of swimmers, we have moved the practice groups around some so there aren’t too many swimmers in the pool at once. The youngest two groups will have our in-water assistants Brayden and Samantha to help them.

VOLUNTEERING REQUIREMENTS

As you know, it takes a village to run our swim team and meets each season. We simply can't do it without our families volunteering their help. We have two options for fulfilling our volunteer requirement for joining the team.

1. Volunteer members of your family to work a pre-determined amount of meets which will be determined once we have a final head count. This year, families are required to work a total of 4 full meets. Shifts are created in half meet and full meet format. Each family is required to work a total of 40 points per season. Half meet shifts are worth 5 points each, and whole meet shifts are 10 points. These can be split up amongst adult family members. We will send out a link as we get closer to the start of the season, for volunteer sign-up. Sign-ups will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. "Volunteer opt-out" option for $200. By paying $200, your family will be exempt for the volunteer requirement for the 2022 season if you chose to do so.

****If a swimmer places 1st– 3rd at the District Meet they are automatically entered into the state meet. If you do not plan to swim at States you should not swim at the District Meet. Any Scratches after Districts will be fined $7 per event.
